Founder and Principal ConsultantFormerly the Chief, Transport Policy and Development at the UNESCAP based in Bangkok, Peter led a team researching, promoting, and implementing sustainable transport development and road safety.
Prior to the UNESCAP role he was Lead Infrastructure Specialist at the World Bank, specialising in sustainable transport initiatives, rural transport, road safety, output-based aid, public-private partnerships, performance-based contracting, the results and impact agenda and knowledge management.
Previous to these positions, he was Deputy Head of Knowledge and Research at the UK government’s Department for International Development (DFID), with responsibility for the science and technology component with a budget of over $150m annually.
Peter has published over 20 academic papers and is a Fellow of the UK Institution of Civil Engineers. He is a former chairman of the global Transport Knowledge Partnership (gTKP) and Vice chairman of the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP).

Senior International Development ConsultantLisa is a researcher and data analyst with over 12 years’ experience in road safety, climate resilience and sustainable development.
Her background includes recommendation formulation, monitoring and evaluation framework design and reporting, multi-stakeholder partnership management, funding proposal development, awareness raising campaign design and all-level capacity building programme delivery.
